Notification Subscriptions

Overview

The Notification Subscriptions page allows users to manage subscribers of critical alerts related to resources in your cluster.

Supported Providers

• Facebook Messenger

• Slack (soon)

• Pager Duty (soon)

Key Sections

Notification Subscriptions

• Name: This column displays the name of the subscriber. The surname of the subscriber is anonymized.

• Type: This column shows the subscription provider for this subscriber.

• Subscribed: This column indicates the date and time when the subscription was created.

• Delete button (x): This button allows users to unsubscribe a particular user from cluster notifications.

Subscribing new user

• Alert me in Messenger: This button allows the user to add a new subscription for receiving alerts via Messenger. Clicking this button will prompt the user to confirm or log into their Messenger account to set up new subscription to cluster notifications.

Subscription Confirmation

ClusterWare confirms successful subscription to cluster notifications by sending a welcome message to the new user.
